We can organise anything from a Street Party, Street BBQ, Small Street Day, to the larger, Estate Fun Day, Village Fete or Community Fun Day.
The staff and management at Sharis Events have worked on numerous community days over the years, from your street parties, traditional Church and Village Fetes to the larger Community Estate, Village and Town Fun Days.
This sounds like it would cost a fortune so what sort of budget do we need?
Your idea and brief to Sharis Events can be turned into a reality, let us work with you or for you to do that.
We will be realistic with you, and put a proposal together after our first meeting.
At our second meeting we will have the information to put into reality we know it can be.
The sky’s the limit and we will work to produce an event that will fit your budget!
You don’t need an official excuse to do it and you don’t need to be the Local Authority either, loads of individual independent groups and associations do it.
What about the legal stuff?
From the moment you employ us we will contact the local authority to find out what restrictions may be enforced, what licences will be required and what insurances will be needed.
Don’t we lose control if we employ your company?
This will have been your idea at the beginning, your event during the consultation, your event during the production and your event on the day.
You will still be in control and you will be able to contact us whenever you need to for an update on the preparations leading up to your event and of course on the on the day of your event.
We will keep you informed every step of the way so there are no surprise.
Together we will make your event the success want it to be.
